A user friendly survey to assess the needs of your staff.
Any school starting CPD with us this term will be required to complete the Skills Audit at your setting so we have a baseline assessment to bespoke the other sessions to best suit your needs.
Once we have created a form for your setting we will email you a link which can then be shared and completed by all staff. The music hub will then produce a set of statistics and data for you, based on your staff responses, which will allow you to analyse more closely any gaps in musical teaching, skills and knowledge you may need to address.
The hub would be happy to support you in selecting the most appropriate CPD for your school following this process if you have not already done so.
