ENO Engage are partnering with Southampton/Isle of Wight music hub to offer an enhanced Finish This... package to schools in the area. The enhanced package includes some in-person events for your teachers and students so we wanted to share the key dates with you so you can get them in school calendars:
Monday 8th January 2024; 4-5:30pm - Online Project briefing for all teachers delivering Finish This.
This online session is led by ENO’s Primary learning consultant, Sarah Lewis, and introduces teachers to the Finish This... toolkit and resources and aims to get everyone feeling confident and excited to deliver the project in class. You are strongly encouraged to join the session live so you have the opportunity to ask questions etc., but the session will be recorded for anyone unable to attend.
A Zoom link for the live session will be sent out nearer the time to schools signed up to the project
Wednesday 17th January 2024; 4-5:30pm - In-person teacher CPD event held at Bassett Green Primary School, Southampton.
This event is aimed at helping you to feel confident delivering music-making in your classrooms, we'll introduce some new techniques and ideas especially around bringing composition into the classroom, provide a space for you to try out some of the exercises from the Finish This... toolkit and give you the opportunity to meet other teachers in your area delivering the project.
